Who can become a customer?
Businesses with a valid VAT number that resell bags, such as shops, boutiques and online stores in the EU.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order value is €150. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How fast do you deliver?
Orders placed before 4 pm on working days ship the same day by DPD. Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days; for some countries it can take up to 10 working days.
Why can't I see prices?
Our trade prices are only visible to approved business customers. Once your account is approved, you will see all prices.
How long does approval take?
We review every application personally and let you know by email as soon as your account is active.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland.
